This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution consisting of 9 articles aims at establishing the Committee of Water Resources. The Committee, chaired by the Minister of Environment, shall have, inter alia, competencies in the following: (i) to propose sustainable policies and strategies related to water resources; (ii) the adoption of plans, programs and projects related to the management and development of water resources; (iii) coordinating and following activities of relevant bodies to achieve the implementation of water resources planning; (iv) to propose appropriate solutions to address wasteful uses of water; to update the related legislation.
