Abstract

These Regulations introduce measures to contain the spreading of the COVID-19 virus, such as restrictions on the freedom of movement and closure of businesses. They exempt food retail stores and sales by registered farmers and fishermen directly to the public from such restrictions. Also food suppliers, registered commercial farmers and licensed fishermen may continue to do their work.
