Abstract This Regulation lays down rules on the movement of persons and goods in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Bahamas. To this end, this Regulation sets forth provisions on imposition of restrictions and requirements for the public safety and the supply or distribution of any necessity of life; isolation and social distancing; powers of the competent authority during emergency; control over the trade of personal protection equipment; and offences and penalties.
