These Regulations enter into force on 30th of June, 2020.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down rules on the movement of persons and goods in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Bahamas. To this end, this Regulation sets forth provisions on imposition of restrictions and requirements for the public safety and the supply or distribution of any necessity of life; isolation and social distancing; powers of the competent authority during emergency; control over the trade of personal protection equipment; and offences and penalties.
