Abstract

This Act provides for powers of extraordinary administration in the case of emergency declared under section 17 of the Constitution. The Governor-General may, by Proclamation published in the Gazette, declare that a state of emergency exists in Grenada of any part thereof, whereupon the provisions contained in this Act shall immediately have application.
