Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Oil and Gas Activities Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation "applicant" means a person who intends to submit or has submitted an application under section 24 of the Act for a permit to carry out an oil and gas activity to which this Regulation applies. The text consists of 19 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Definitions and application (1); Information requirements (2); Programmes and plans (3); Transition (4). Four Schedules are enclosed.
