The Emergency Food Security Reserve Administration is established under article 7. It shall be accountable to the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission. The Administration shall administer the Reserve, store and release food to meet food shortage and carry out other tasks set out in article 8. The Administration shall consist of a Food Security Reserve Board, an Emergency Food Security Reserve Technical Committee, a Manager and the necessary organizational structure and manpower.
