Abstract

Regulations of the Minister of Finance establishing a special Fund for purposes of maintaining the maximum possible stock of food, for use in an emergency. Moneys from the Fund are paid for: (a) the cost of purchasing or replenishing food stocks; (b) costs of storage; (c) transport and other costs related to building up and maintaining a stock of food.
