Such an declaration shall be immediately notified to parliament. In case of declaration of a partial state of emergency, the provisions of the legislation listed in Part A of the Schedule shall enter into force automatically, whereas in case of declaration of a general state of emergency, the provisions of Part of the Schedule shall enter into force. Such provisions may be then put out of force by Royal Decree on the advice of the Prime Minister. The provisions of this Act shall also apply to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius en Saba. The Emergency Food Supply Act, the Agriculture Production Act, the Emergency Employment Act, the Hoarding Act, the Ports Emergency Act and the Distribution Act are listed in both Part A and Part B.
