Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance contains an Ordinance on monitoring facilities for emissions and waste disposal for registered organizations according to the Regulation (EC) No. 761/2001 of the European Parliament and Council of 19 March 2001 allowing voluntary participation by organizations in a Community eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS). The Ordinance consists of 10 Articles and among others refer to determination of emissions, recurring measurements, functional tests, safety checks, reports and information to public.
