No. 106/1993) and the Mineral Raw Material Act (BGBl. I No. 39/1999), as well as the transposition of the Guideline 2014/30/EU on the harmonization of legislation of member states on electromagnetic compatibility into Austrian law. In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is to protect the environment from electro-magnetic pollution by keeping the acceptable level of electromagnetic field.
