For the purpose of the present Regulation “critical water conditions” means the most adverse sequence of stream flows occurring within the historical record. Section 3 establishes that the water conditions prescribed for the purposes of the definition of "heritage energy capability" in section 6 (1) of the Act are critical water conditions as defined in this Regulation.
