Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Clean Energy Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “critical water conditions” means the most adverse sequence of stream flows occurring within the historical record. Section 3 establishes that the water conditions prescribed for the purposes of the definition of "heritage energy capability" in section 6 (1) of the Act are critical water conditions as defined in this Regulation. The text consists of 3 sections.
