Abstract

This Regulation provides for application for supply of energy by individuals, fixing and altering the charges for electricity supplied, installation of coin meters, and power of authority to decided on refusal of supply electricity. The text further outlines for payment liability for the prescribed charges, electrical installation, and licensing. The Regulations lays out for contracts on use of electricity, and inspection and testing of electrical installation. The text contains 18 Articles and last article refers to offences. The schedules on electrician's licenses are attached.
