Chapter 2 contains technical requirements, Chapter 3 concerns the electricity supply and sale, Chapter 4 contains market and system arrangement and Chapter 5 defines which are prohibited interests. Chapter 6 provides for energy efficiency and the performance of electrical equipment and Chapter 8 and 9 contains provisions on the administration of the Act.
