Abstract This Ordinance regulates the generation, distribution, supply and use of electricity. The text provides a list on the offences interfering with the electrical line. Article 6 refers to maintaining or repairing electrical line or apparatus by the authorised provider and to take the measures that are allowed for such construction. At the second of part of this Ordinance, reference is made to amendments made to Electricity Regulation 1995 including apparatus standards, authorisation for certain installations and connections, cutting off supply of electricity for non-payment of accounts, installation charges and ownership of service lines and equipment.
