Entry into force notes
The present Law enters into force on 15 June 2000.
Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to a basic supply of electricity for the population and industry. The text – consisting of 16 articles – deals with the following aspects: tasks of competent authorities, concessions, energy plants of municipalities, use of public soil, use of private soil, fees, transformation, repeal and entry into force.
