Abstract The present Regulation is made under section 142 of the Electricity Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the production of electricity from renewable sources, such as: i) solar energy; ii) wind energy; iii) hydroelectric energy; iv) ocean-powered energy; v) biogas energy; vi) biomass energy; or vii) sanitary landfill gas.
