Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to develop and effectively manage electric power resources, regulate electricity supply and demand, promote energy source transformation, reduce carbon emissions, and promote the diversified supply of electricity, fair competition and reasonable management, protect the rights and interests of users and enhance social well-being to achieve sustainable development.
