In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the grading of egg products. Section 2 establishes that all egg product sold, offered for sale, held in possession for sale, shipped or transported in the Province shall be graded, packed and marked in accordance with the Canada Agricultural Products Act and the Regulations under it.
