Abstract This Regulation establishes a plan of action for the New Brunswick Egg Producers. The Regulation specifies functions and powers of the Board and authorizes it to fix and collect levies and charges. Powers of the Board include prohibiting the production and marketing of eggs, promoting the consumption and use of eggs, fixing and collecting licence fees, to suspend or cancel a licence for violation of any provision of the Natural Products Act or related regulation, fixing and allotting quotas for the marketing and production of eggs.
