Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Agricultural Products Marketing Act which has been adapted by the Territory of Nunavut. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulations establishes the Northwest Territories Egg Producers’ Plan for the regulation of the marketing of eggs in the Territories. Section 3 establishes a producer Board known as the “Northwest Territories Egg Producers” as a corporation with the powers listed in this section. The text consists of 6 sections and 1 Schedule.
