Abstract

These Regulations provide for the establishment of the Northwest Territories Egg Producers’ Plan for the regulation of the marketing of eggs in the province. The Northwest Territories Egg Producers Board is established as a corporation under these regulations and the related Act and is designated as the body responsible for the implementation of the Plan. The Regulations define the functions and powers of the Board.
