Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the marketing of eggs. It implements the regulation of the EU on marketing regulations of eggs. All transport documents must state quality, class, weight and other details. Every lot of eggs must bear the date within which they can be sold. The competent authority is the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food. Finally, penalties in case of violation are outlined. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles.
