The present Order comes into force on 1 November 2014.
Abstract

The present Order is made under the Farm Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to the licensing of egg grading stations. The text consists of 8 sections as follows: Licence required (1); Separate licence for each egg station (2); Application for licence (3); Further particulars (4); Issue of licence (5); Termination of licence (6); Application of definitions from M.R. 70/2005 (7); Coming into force (8).
