Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 12 of the Canadian Dairy Commission Act. The present Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the export of Canadian aged cheddar cheese to the European Community. In particular, the Regulations deal with the allotment of export entitlements at a special customs tariff. The text consists of 11 sections.
