Among others, the Meat Inspection Act, the Pesticide Act, the Water Resources Management Act (Waterschapswet), the Plant Protection Act, the Food Act, the Act on export of agricultural, horticultural and forestry products and wildlife protection (Hunting Act), forestry and fishery legislation. The Act defines responsibility for offences and measures that may be imposed in case of violations.
