W-3). Article 1 establishes that for the purposes of the present Act, licences and amendments to licences pursuant to the Water Act are authorized to be issued for the transfer of treated municipal water between the South Saskatchewan River Basin and the North Saskatchewan River Basin, in an amount not to exceed 10 800 cubic decametres annually.
