Abstract

This Regulation provides for dried milk exempt from any substance addition and dried milk in powder or solid form containing not less than 70% of dried milk; it does not apply to the sale of dried milk to a caterer for his catering business or to a manufacturer of his manufacturing business or to dried milk, in powder or solid, specifically formulated for infant foods. Dried milk could be skimmed, totally or partially, but the amount of milk matter must fulfill the standards as per the attached Schedules.
