Abstract

This Chapter of the Delaware Code concerns dredging and beaches in Delaware. More specifically, it provides for removal of dredgings beyond limits of the state and the associated penalty; depositing dredged material outside the state and the associated penalty; liability of masters, pilots and engineers; vessels liable for pecuniary penalties and enforcement of lien; removal of building materials; removing sand from beach areas; permission for sand removal and exception of gravel; and penalties for removing sand and its exemption.
