Abstract The present Regulations were made under the Drainage Control Act which was repealed. But these Regulations continue in force under the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority Act, 2005. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to acquisition of permits for drainage works and to the submission of a general and detailed plans.
