The present Regulations enter into force on 18 August 1981.
Abstract

The present Regulations were made under the Drainage Control Act which was repealed. But these Regulations continue in force under the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority Act, 2005. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to acquisition of permits for drainage works and to the submission of a general and detailed plans. The text – consisting of 15 sections – deals with the following matters: application for permits, issuing of plans, easement, complaints and appeals.
