The present Regulations enter into force on 19 May 1999.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Animal Products Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the licensing of domestic game farms. The text – consisting of 24 sections – deals with the following matters: licence application. issuing of licence, expiry and renewal, suspension of licence, Crown land, escape or release from captivity, reporting big game animals, identification and identification records, herd inventory record, veterinarian/s report, transport of live animals, processing, labelling of products intended for human consumption, export certificate for products, inspection and industry consultation committee.
