The present Disposition enters into force on 2 August 1988
Abstract

The present Disposition enforces the Hunting Law of 12 May 1929 and the Hunting Ordinance of 5 November 1975. Article 3 establishes that anyone who wants to practise falconry must - after having obtained a hunting permit – undergo a special examination organized by the Fish and Game Administration. The text consists of 7 articles.
