These Dispositions enter into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

These Dispositions are composed of 33 articles. Terms and definitions (arts. 1 and 2). It shall be prohibited to import, export, produce, trade and distribute veterinary medicines, regulators for growing animals and biological preparations unless a licence issued by the Ministry has been obtained (art. 3). A Technical Committee shall be established with the competence to register foreign companies producers of medicines, to issue licences for local factories producers of medicines, to register foreign factories, to register and to fix the price of medicines, and to re-register medicines (art. 4). Article 5 specifies the composition and management of the Committee. Conditions and requirements for the presentation of medicines, regulators and biological preparations are defined in article 7. Criterions for the acceptance of the registration of medicines are given in article 9. Any medicine with a temporary efficacy produced in big packages shall not be registered (art. 11). Requirements and conditions for importation, production and trade of medicines are given in article 12. Any modification or change in the medicine shall be registered (art. 15). Criterions for the establishment of the price of medicine are given in articles 18-20. Inspection on veterinary production is the competence of the Veterinary Department (art. 30).
