All animals driven under supervision to a quarantine camp shall become property of the Government at the moment they first enter the gate (reg. 6). Owners will be paid the amount for which the Government is able to sell such animals, in cash (reg. 8). Animals will be listed and valued by an expert on entry into the camp (reg. 9). Regulation 18 provides for the importation of butter and cheese from Zimbabwe.
