Abstract

This Order provides controls in relation to the manufacture, sale, supply feeding, storage and purchase of mammalian meat and bone meal and poultry offal. A person shall not manufacture, or attempt to manufacture, sell or supply mammalian meat and bone meal except under and in accordance with a licence and a person shall not purchase or attempt to purchase mammalian meat and bone meal except under and in accordance with a licence.
