In case of suspicion of disease an authorised officer by notice in writing (“restriction notice”) served on the person who appears to be the keeper of the pig or other thing, control the movement of a pig or thing onto or from a holding and may attach conditions to a notice served, vary a condition or, by further notice in writing, revoke a restriction notice.
