Abstract

This Order takes the necessary steps to remove restrictions on certain imports (other than imports of certain meat and meat products) from the United Kingdom in accordance with Commission 2002/153/EC. The Orders that, but for the making of this Article, are revoked by Article 3 shall continue to apply to the import of: (a) meat to which Article 1 of the Commission Decision refers, or (b) a meat product to which Article 2 of the Commission Decision refers and to the possession, control, sale or supply of such meat or meat product.
