Abstract

An Order specified in the schedule to this Order shall not apply to the import of an animal product from either the United Kingdom or the Netherlands where such import complies with: (a) the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Import Restrictions) (No.3) Order, 2001 (S.I. No. 108 of 2001), or (b) the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Import Restrictions) (No.4) Order, 2001 (S.I. No. 118 of 2001), and is accompanied by a certificate or commercial document as required by either Order aforesaid.
