Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to reporting data concerning waste water discharge. Article 2 establishes that the person in charge of a waste water discharge plant must report the amount of discharge to the competent authority. In case of discharge in a waste water facility of a third party the discharges may be reported with the authorization of the competent authority by the said third party. The text consists of 6 articles and 3 Annexes.
