Abstract

This Directive, in relation with the provisions of the Serbian Veterinary Law (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 91/2005, and amended in Gazettes 30/2010 and 93/2012), and for the purposes of tasks and rules designated by the Regulation on the list of especially dangerous infectious animal diseases and on the list of contagious animal diseases which should be reported, as well as of their entry/cancellation into/from such registers (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 49/2006), here determines the manner of work and actions of veterinary inspectors when reporting on infectious diseases from the List of Animal Infectious Diseases which must be reported and from the List of especially dangerous infectious diseases, as well as for reporting the situation on farms and for sending materials for related laboratory testing.
