Abstract

This Directive, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Veterinary Law (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 91/2005, and amended in Gazettes 30/2010 and 93/2012), determines the manner and related procedures to be respected when delegating authorization necessary to perform specific veterinary-sanitary inspection professional tasks (usually part of obligations of the veterinary sanitary inspection, that can authorize its collaborators or recognized veterinarians for performance or execution of the same), here meant for inspections and check on animals designated for slaughter for the purpose of meat production and for production of similar and deriving animal origin products. These inspections shall be performed before the placing on the market or above mentioned animal origin products.
