This Directive enters into force 30 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Directive is composed of 17 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Establishment of farms for sheep and goats should be built outside planning maps of Amman Municipality and other municipalities (art. 3). Article 4 decrees the establishment of the Licensing, Registration and Control Committee of Sheep and Goats Farms at the Agricultural Departments in all provinces. Articles 5 and 6 fix distances and areas of farms. Establishment and enlargement of farms shall be authorized by the Minister of Agriculture (art. 9). Article 10 defines requirements and conditions necessary for the establishment of farms. Article 14 pertains to validity and renew of licences. Article 15 contains offences and penalties. Article 16 defines licence’s fees.
