Abstract This Directive is composed of 17 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 decrees the establishment of the Licensing, Registration and Control Committee of Cow Farms in all provinces. Establishment of farms for cows shall be carried out outside planning maps of Amman Municipality and other municipalities (art. 4). Articles 5 and 6 deal with distances and areas of farms. Establishment and enlargement of farms should be authorized by the Minister of Agriculture (art. 9). Article 10 defines requirements and conditions necessary for the establishment of farms.
