Abstract This Directive is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 deal with terms and definitions. Article 2 prohibits unauthorized persons to practice the pesticide sprinkling professions unless upon previous authorizations. Article 3 defines requirements and conditions necessary for applicants to practice the aforementioned profession. Article 4 provides for applications and documents to be provided with it. Article 5 fixes the validity of licences for practicing the pesticide sprinkling profession for 1 year renewable. Article 6 specifies cases of revocation and annulment of licences.
