Abstract This Directive is composed of 15 articles. Article 1 deal with terms and definitions. Article 2 defines requirements, documents and certificates necessary for the issuance of licences for offices and shops of pesticides sprinkling services. Applications shall be submitted to the Plant Protection Department at the Ministry of Agriculture provided with Agrarian Certificates, licences for practicing the agrarian engineering, experience certificates, identity documents and photocopies of contracts (art. 3). Articles 4-7 specify licence-holders obligations. Articles 8-10 decrees the use of pesticides registered at the Minister of Agriculture. Licence-holders shall get rid of empty pesticide packages according to the directives of the Ministry of Environment (art. 12). Article 13 decrees the placing of red marks on the sprinkled zones indicating the risk, dangerous and marks of pesticides. Article 15 deals with offences and penalties.
