Abstract This Directive is composed of 24 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Articles 3 defines allowances and fees of sanitary services for the transit of apiculture and living animal consignments. Article 4 defines allowances and fees of sanitary services for the importation and exportation of apiculture and living animal consignments. Article 5 defines allowances and fees of quarantine services for the importion and exportation of apiculture and living animal consignments. Article 7 defines allowances and fees of watering services for apiculture and living animal consignments in quarantine centres. Article 8 defines allowances and fees of disinfection and disinfestations services for apiculture and living animal consignments in quarantine centres. Article 9 defines allowances and fees of the sanitary control and inspection on the importation and and exportaion of animal products. Article 10 defines allowances and fees of laboratory analysis of agricultural products inputs. Article 11 defines allowances and fees of the control of sanitary documents and registration of agricultural products inputs. Article 12 defines allowances and fees of the sanitary control of the importation and exportation of plants and plant products. Article 13 defines allowances and fees of the fumigation and disinfection of the importation and exportation of plants and plant products. Article 15 defines allowances and fees of the inspection of animal farms. Article 18 defines licence’s fees for the exploitation of public forests, private forests, grazing lands and pastures. Article 19 defines licence’s fees for wild birds hunting, wild animals hunting and fishing. Article 20 defines allowances and fees of analysis of feed and feed additives. Article 22 defines allowances and fees of the rent and leasing of agricultural machines and equipment. Article 24 lists categories exempt from allowances and fees.
