Enters into force immediately and remains in force until the end of 2000.
Abstract

Vessels wishing to participate in group II shall apply to the Directorate of Fisheries for approval. Requirements for approval are that the vessels are marked with a registration number in accordance with existing rules and that the vessel has the fishing gear and equipment on board. The document of control released by the Directorate shall be kept on board during the whole year 2000. (6 sections)
