The directive specifies precise tasks of the various Ministries involved and warrants that offenders shall be prosecuted in accordance with the Law on Environment Protection. The Directive lists collection and destruction of banned plant protection substances as a priority. Discharge of PCB and other polluting substances is forbidden. Full text English
