Abstract

This Directive, issued by the Directorate of Nature Conservation and Management, prescribes rules for the killing of animal species listed in section II. Section I outlines the general principles governing the control of stock of these animals. Licences to kill off harmful animals are released by municipalities, county officials, or the Directorate, depending upon the species. Certain species which are killed under the present Directive are considered the property of the Game Fund. (7 sections)
