Only licensed and registered facilities shall store or process any modified organism. The licensing and registration of premises for the storage and processing of modified organisms shall be done by the Environmental Protection Authority of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. After inspection of premises the Authority may issue an advance informed agreement with or without conditions.
