Abstract

This Directive sets implementing and enforcement procedures for aims of transit and import of consignments regulated by the Regulation on taking measures to prevent the introduction, occurrence, detection, spread, control and eradication of contagious African swine fever in the Republic of Serbia (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 6/2019, and amended in the Gazette 58/2019). This text indicates the relevant European Union documents that shall be applied (Commission Implementing Decision 2014/709/EU concerning animal health control measures relating to African swine fever in certain Member States and repealing Implementing Decision 2014/178/EU); and indicates the obligation of data collection and relevant data reporting to the World animal health information system and ADNS (Animal disease notification system).
